Thistledown Race 1
1, Stolen Groom: If the pace goes as expected he should be a step too slow. What can work for him is sitting just off the pace and hope 5, R And R Express & 6, Hecoda burn each other out in a duel. If not he's regulated to pick up minor rewards.
2, Charda: He can't seem to move toward leaders and that's not a good thing. He seems to prefer racing at Beulah then Thistledown.
3, Simple Path: Drops into softer but doesn't have the speed to win. Use him in the bottom of the superfecta.
4, Run For You: He could press leaders but its doubtful. He too, will be best served sitting behind 5, R And R Express & 6, Hecoda and hope those two duel each other out to have any type of chance.
5, R And R Express: He should be able to set a pace most of these can;t handle. He's improving with each race and could be at his sharpest. But he raced just over two weeks ago and may not be fully rested to run his best which is what he will need to stay ahead of 6, Hecoda
6, Hecoda: This 10 year old still has some spark left in him. Not as fast as 5, R And R Express out of the gate but his even running style can make up ground in the stretch. Game runner can win this one.
