its usually in a track program somewhere... you could find it on a google search im sure... the guy who does the morning line is different at every track though... some track announcers do it etc...

Heres a little story...

There was a track where the racing secretary and asst racing secretary would rotate turns on who did the morning lines each day. The latter of the two was an ultimate...
