At Oaklawn Park today (Sunday 2-8-09), it looks as if the rail is pretty dead for horses in sprints. Outside horses have an advantage, and those drawn towards the inside have to take back, and go around horses towards the final turn, if they still have some run left in them.

It's not a track I play very much, but I will keep an eye on this.
